Management of employment relationship

  • Day-by-day management of employment relationships (promotions, transfers, changes of duties and responsibilities, amendments to the employment terms and conditions, etc.);
  • Drafting of bonus plans and stock option plans;
  • Drafting of company policies, disciplinary codes, codes of conduct, policies for the use of the Internet and of the company’s emails, also from a data protection law perspective, assistance in the related procedures to be carried out with Unions;
  • Assistance to Clients in carrying out disciplinary procedures.
